weely update 7/9/07
This week in the life of Jeff and Heather:
Fun week
Our fun trip to St Louis was exactly that. We enjoyed fireworks down at the Arch with Heather’s Brother, and enjoyed most of the 4th with Her family. Then Friday Heather’s brothers came to our house and on Saturday We all enjoyed some fun and target practice. Then on Sunday we were at a small church locally. Their pastor was gone on vacation and Jeff was scheduled to preach for him. By some miscommunication Jeff and another preacher were both scheduled. The other preacher that showed up was Jeff’s old youth pastor from his teen years. Anyhow he decided to let Jeff preach since he had preached to Jeff multiple times but Jeff had never gotten to preach at him. All went well and we all enjoyed a great Sunday together.
This week we are meeting with our prospective team members on Tuesday. Then we will be preparing to spend two weeks in Atlanta at the mission boards headquarters.
