Weekly update 6/11/07
This week in the life of Jeff and Heather:
A week at home. Heather worked some extra days this past week trying to get caught up after being gone some lately. I (Jeff) spent a good bit of time in the office.
One particular project is a study on Ephesians I am working on. Our new Pastor has asked me to take the Bible study on Wednesday nights for the month of June. I have been considering possible Bible studies that would be helpful in witnessing and teaching Filipinos. Ephesians is very rich with God’s grace and the church’s dependence on Christ. Therefore I decided I should make a full study of the book and share it with our home church these next few Wednesday nights. The time spent should hopefully benefit our home church and also later those God allows us to minister to in the Philippines.
This coming weekend we will be serving in one of our smallest supporting churches while the pastor is away. They are one of our smallest, but also one of the closest to us (just 5 miles away), and a very generous supporter. We will be there with them all day.
There are still no developments as far as team members, or new support.
