Weekly update 5/6/09
Well so far Swine flu has not been reported here in the Philippines, but Heather is still sick. She has had some sinus stuff going on for a week or so and now it is starting to cause a slight fever. It doesn’t seem very serious so for now she is taking something that she can take and still nurse Sam, and wearing a mask any time she is around Sam. We do praise God that Sam has not even had a sniffle since he was born. We are also praying that He will remain illness free for now.
If you get this before your Wednesday night please pray for us as we go to our interview with the US Embassy. We are really praying that this will be the final step in getting Sam’s US passport, and citizenship.
The weather here has been unseasonably wonderful… sort of anyhow. Their typhoon season seems to have started very early this year which means that temps have been low for this time of year and really so has the humidity. Of course there is the fact that a Tropical storm is supposed to hit us tomorrow or the next day but oh well.
