weekly update 4/17/07
This week in the life of Jeff and Heather:
A closed door.
We received an e-mail from our prospective team members, letting us know that God has closed the door for them to join us on the field. We are still trusting in God’s timing but it was a very disappointing revelation. Now we are back to square one looking for team members. Please keep praying for us especially for team members.
Our week was enjoyable with Heather’s brothers visiting us for the weekend. With family in town we did go to our home church this Sunday. It was the first full Sunday with only our new pastor. Things were different but it was great to see God working in peoples lives and seeing them step up and serve God with the talents he has given them. Please keep praying for Community Bible Church as it goes through this transition time.
This coming weekend we have two different meetings in Michigan. This is the first time we will be in two different churches in one day. We are expecting to be tired and blessed by the end of the day. Please pray for our travels and opportunities to minister to these churches.
