Weekly update 3-15-06
This week in the life of Jeff and Heather, We had a nice slow yet productive week. It felt like a fairly uneventful week yet when we look back, God got a lot done. We did schedule some more meetings this past week, and were able to visit some churches. The church we went to Sunday morning did not have a Sunday evening service so we visited one of our supporting churches in the area Sunday night. The pastor of this church is leaving for a 10 day trip to the Philippines in a week or two. We enjoyed talking to them and encouraging them about their trip and trying to help with any last minute tips for somebody who has never been to the Philippines. Talking with them made our hearts yearn to go back. Then just this morning Jeff checked his e-mail and we received a notice from a small church locally that they have decided to begin supporting us. Praise the Lord, their generous support brings our support level to just over 26%. This means in two and a half weeks God has raised our support up 11%, this has been so encouraging.
