Weekly update 2/6/06
This week in the life of Jeff and Heather:
Back in the office for a week. We enjoyed a wonderful week of ministry and relationship building in Ohio last week. It was a very productive, busy week. Now we are back home and working on normal office stuff. Please keep praying for our team members. We know that every person we talk to is another potential team member. We just keep asking and mentioning the needs and seeing if God moves people. Please also keep praying for our schedule and support.
One note of odd praise. Praise the Lord for breaking our car at the right time. The Friday night before we were supposed to leave for Ohio, the rear brake pads on our car wore out. We were leaving for Ohio Saturday at noon but I (Jeff) was able to make a quick trip to the parts store (that was open late Friday night), put the car in the heated garage, and with some help from my Dad, replace the rear pads. It didn’t seem like much fun at the time but replacing them in Ohio somewhere with limited tools and facilities would have been much harder.
