Weekly update 1/16/07
This week in the life of Jeff and Heather: One step closer. We returned from St. Louis to home by way of a meeting in Martinsville, ILL, that went well and we enjoyed. Then this week we found out that a church we were in back in November is taking us on for support. This brings our support up to roughly 62%. God just keeps providing. Another exciting development is that we have a family that has contacted us and although they are not definite they are possibly interested in working with us in the Philippines. Please pray for God to lead them in His way. We want team members desperately but we know that it must be the team members God has for us if it is going to work the best for His glory. This weekend we had a meeting in the northwest part of Illinois. God was good and kept the weather from turning bad while we were there and we had no problems on the road from snow or ice. God is just very good to us. While in Illinois the pastor asked us if churches in general were taking care of us. We told him we feel very blessed in that we cannot say we have even one horror story. All of the churches we are in have been wonderful and gracious. Thank God for His provision and care. Please keep praying for our schedule.
