weekly update 10/16/06
This week in the life of Jeff and Heather: We lost a meeting. Not the end of the world but disappointing none the less. This cancellation left us with only one meeting during the month of October. That is this coming weekend. Since we didn’t have a meeting to go to we visited a church in our area that we had just found out about. It was a wonderful Sunday of worshiping with them. The youth pastor is actually a guy that Jeff knew from high school. It was a nice day of renewing friendships and starting new ones. We are really hopping to continue developing a relationship with this church. Sunday evening we visited one of our supporting churches. We knew the pastor had just left and that they were without a pastor right now. While there we scheduled for Jeff to help them out twice with pulpit supply. We are glad for the opportunity to minister and strengthen the relationship we have with that church. We are still praying specifically for meetings during December.
