January Update
Hello to all our prayer partners,
As always, thank-you for your prayers during the past month. We did take a vacation that was a great time of relaxing and refreshing. Our vacation took us to warmer tropical climates which made for great relaxing, but also made it that much harder to bear the now almost 8” of snow on the ground at home. Along with our vacation, January held a wonderful meeting for us at Battleground Bible Church. The people there were very friendly and warm and also very generous. Over all it was a very encouraging meeting. Again God protected us on the road coming home from that meeting. While in northern Indiana the weather had turned snowy. It had also turned very snowy and somewhat icy nearer to our home in south central Indiana. The drive home was somewhat slow, but God protected us and we made the trip without incident.
Please keep praying not only for meetings but also for our spirits. I am finding it easy to get discouraged when I am calling churches to ask about meetings and feel that I am just not getting anywhere. I know that God is in control, but knowing it and remembering it are two different things. We are still looking for teammates to work with us on the field. Thank you again for your prayers.
